Lidia Tkaczyńska

Lidia Tkaczyńska graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology (MSc) in 1991. She obtained her MBA degree from Warsaw University of Technology Business School in 1998.

For over 10 years, she conducted training projects that strengthen the personal brand and image competencies of employees and managers.

Lidia Tkaczyńska is a coach with over 10 years of training experience in the field of professional image, self-presentation and business etiquette; is the owner of the “Istotne Szczegóły w Biznesie” (Essential Business Details) company specializing in raising the image- related competences of employees, managerial staff, entrepreneurs and private individuals.

Lidia Tkaczyńska is a business practitioner - in her earlier career she gained experience in the role of Sales Director and Marketing Director in the IT industry for over a dozen years, mainly in international corporations (including Fujitsu-Siemens, Compaq Computer, Digital Equipment Corporation, Industrial & Financial Systems) and in companies with Polish capital.

She carried out over 500 training projects for companies from many industries - pharmaceutical concerns, international consulting companies, law firms, IT companies, banks and financial institutions, manufacturing and medical companies as well as for entrepreneurs, associations and local and public administration. She worked as a lecturer, among others with the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin, the Lazarski University in Warsaw.

Lidia Tkaczyńska - has many managerial and coaching courses in Poland and abroad. She is the author of many publications on self-presentation, and personal brand in business, and the principles of “savoir-vivre” in professional and private life. She is the author of the book “Woman with style - about the image of a woman and creating her own style”. For many years, she has been working as an expert on etiquette and self-presentation with Program III of the Polish Radio (“Trójka”).
