A graduate of the University of Warsaw, WNE, Cybernetics and IT (1976-1980), Master of Business Administration (1990-1991). Expert in the valuation of hard to value intangible assets, equity, and derivatives (22 + years), with extensive experience in the assessment of know-how, patents at the early stage of commercialization and startups.

Court expert of the District Court in Warsaw (since 1999) in the scope of valuation of intangible assets (trademarks, patents, know-how), valuation of equity instruments (shares, derivatives), risk analysis in management. Arbiter of the Copyright Commission (2011 - 2019).Author of many forensic expert opinions (compensation for infringement of copyright, industrial property rights, unfair competition).

In 2010-2014 a member of the Application Evaluation Specialists team in the following programs: Patent Innovation and Patent Plus at the National Center for Research and Development. Co-founder and member of the Transfer Pricing Center Association (since 2012). Lecturer at postgraduate studies at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics)- “Valuation of a capital company” (2010-2015), currently post-graduate studies “Transfer pricing and tax management” (since 2016).

Self-employed, economic activity “wycenapraw.pl,” carried out continuously since 1995. Author of several hundred reports in the area of valuation. An experienced player of the derivatives market in a stock exchange.
